Summary: Verification cancelled
If you hit the cancel button while the Show Verifier is checking for problems, it will stop checking, display any issues that it has found to that point, and additionally display this message to warn you that there may be other issues that it would have found had it not been cancelled.
Note that it may not stop immediately when you hit the cancel button; it may finish its current check first.
