Time code sync is enabled on the Settings > Integration tab, and 2 or more sequences have conflicting time codes..
When you assign a time code to a sequence, you are assigning the starting time code. If sequence "A" is 5 minutes long and you assign it time code 01:00:00, then the sequence uses time codes 01:00:00 through 01:05:00. No other sequence can use that time code range. If sequence "B" is assigned time code 01:02:00, then it will conflict with sequence "A" and generate this error. To fix, arrange the time codes so they don't overlap. This is most easily accomplished by right-click on any sequence name and selecting Set Time Codes from the pop-up menu.
