ShowTime Solution:  Municipalities

We're all about creating dynamic shows by mixing lights, music and motion via electrical control of almost anything and everything.

The good old days of having static displays are long gone.  Today's society expects to be entertained no matter what the venue.  Light-O-Rama is here to help.

How do you get the community to come downtown and visit the merchants that support your tax base to provide the services everyone expects?  Give them a show!  By decorating with lights during the holiday season you provide just the family friendly atmosphere people are looking for to enjoy Christmas.  Animating the lights with the beat of the music guarantees people will tell others and bring more people to your community.

By using Light-O-Rama technology you also save electricity.  Instead of those lights being left on 24x7 through the season, the lights come on when you tell them and consume no electricity when they're off.  Many communities get a full return of their Light-O-Rama investment in that first year simply by all the electricity they save.

Commercial installations, no matter if they're permanent (as in museums) or temporary (like 4th of July, Halloween or Christmas displays) demand reliability and safety certification.  Light-O-Rama Showtime Pro products are  built in industrial duty metal enclosures, designed to work to -40 degrees F and UL 508 certified for safety.

The key to your success is Light-O-Rama versatility.  By mixing and matching our different hardware and software.  All of our various controllers can be accessed over a common data network via central control.  As your needs grow, just add more controllers.

Parking Lot Based Show

This is a drive through display spanning more than 10 acres in a baseball stadium parking lot with a one mile long vehicle path (look carefully for the car tail lights driving through.)  Music was arranged, performed and recorded by Shadrack of Tennessee.  This display uses over 1,600 Light-O-Rama channels spanning four data networks.  Display elements include a 70 foot tall megatree of lights as well as a 70 foot tall vertical leaper.  LED technology was deployed throughout using less energy than if the parking lot general lighting had been left on.  This was one of the three drive through displays setup by Shadrack in 2009.

Large Venue/ Stadium Show

Bright Nights in Florida set up a gigantic show in the Roger Dean baseball stadium to celebrate Christmas in a whole new way.  30 minute shows were every hour.  Light-O-Rama equipment was used to control everything you saw and heard.  Look carefully for the fireworks.

Zoo Experience

Zoos are the perfect venue for seasonal light shows.  By providing a family friendly and safe environment combined with a chance to see some wild animals, what a great way to generate more traffic.  Light-O-Rama controllers can be used to animate simple design pieces or used to coordinate everything in the park.  Imagine it, then do it!
